Warm neutrals were the trend for 2022, there is no doubt about it! Tones of latte, cappuccino, and toffee. These trendy coffee colours, mainly roses, are all imported! We get asked all the time what we can source for these soft and neutral colours.
Turns out it is absolutely possible using all local flowers! (No shock there!)
Our lovely bride J came to us with her specific vision of soft romantic neutrals and we were excited to deliver for her wedding in August.
These magical photos were taken by Gabriella of Film by Her using all 35mm film (left) along with Alex of Paramount Weddings (right) equipped with her digital camera capturing these special and candid moments!
This detailed arbour was our favourite thing about this wedding! Soft peaches, creams, whites with blush with the contrast of darker greenery.
We used an assortment of in-season flowers and greenery like roses, scabiosa, delphinium, smoke bush, chamomile, chrysanthemums, dahlias, queen anne's lace and lisianthus to create the detailed arbour, centrepieces, bridal bouquet, and simple bridesmaids bouquets! (With the exception of imported Italian ruscus).
The centrepiece vases (detailed) were provided by the couple! They found terracotta planters, and attached a pedestal to the bottom.
They ended up coating them in a waterproof paint so they could hold water better, so this is a true DIY project that we think turned out beautifully!
We loved seeing the unique film photos from this day! It truly was a labour of love put into this wedding, but it all turned out so beautifully in the end!
